This is a page about my boyfriend, and best friend.
His
name is Levi.
We started dating when we were in high school.
We met in chemistry class. Goofy, eh? I was a senior, and he was a
junior. (I'm a bit of a cradle robber!) We were friends first. Then it sort of graduated into a
little bit more of a best friend sort of friendship where we would tell
each other everything. (You know, naughty secrets and all!) The first "date"
(we didn't plan it that way) we ever had was November 11, 1995. I remember it because it was
the first time we ever held hands. We went to Barnes & Noble and wandered
around the selfhelp section. Then we went to a little coffee shop and
had hot chocolate and ate chocolate covered coffee beans. I dumped a
bunch of mine on the floor. Later, when we were hanging out, (like
we'd done a bunch of times before) we kissed. Is this boring, or what?
I love Levi.
We've been working on a website for him, but he doesn't
have much time for updating it. Maybe someday he will...
Okay, enough about me and Levi, here's stuff just about him. Levi
used to work at Noble Romans. If you aren't from the Midwest, it's a
pizza joint. He was a pie guy, and then a manager. Noble Romans used to have
a pizza making contest. Levi won it locally, and was best of all the stores.
He got a two hundred dollar reward for making a pizza. How odd is
that? Levi thinks he is the:
PIEMASTER!!!
Well, not anymore!
Levi started working at Red Spot Paint and Varnish Company May
18, 1998. Levi actually had his hair cut SHORT before the interview.
It was a shock everytime I saw him for days! I don't have any photos
of the new look, yet, though I really should get on that.
He turned 19, on May 19th.
Levi's also, and more importantly, a chemistry major with a minor
in math.
Levi thinks:
Levi has been working at the University
doing research since he was 17 (three summers now, and during the semesters.)
He's in the second semester of his Sophomore year. (Most researchers
are juniors or seniors.) He shows upperclassmen what to do. He was
actually hired by the University to do this! As you could probably guess,
he's pretty bright... sometimes.
Every once in a while, he'll spill something.
(Usually right down
the front of his shirt.)
Most of what he works with doesn't blink, though.
Anyway, he's always doing something. He also plays bass guitar. He
has a lot of music equipment. Sometimes,
I think it's too much when I have to help him cart it around. He's been
in three bands so far. The first was Toiletfull of Love.
Then, he was in a group called Sunday Driver. Now he's playing with
a group called Breathe Easy. His brother, Adam, plays the drums,
David and Steve are on guitar, and Corey does most of the vocals.
